Who are the designers?
We're a design studio of two, and you may have worked with us already. When you collaborate with us, you'll be working with us directly. Feel free to check out our work in our portfolio.
Why subscribe?
Well if you're going to hire freelancers, then the quality of work might vary. And employing a full-time designer is not ideal if your workload changes a lot. And if you were to hire an agency, they might take months to deliver. So subscribe to a design service and cancel when you no longer need it. It's that simple.
What if I don't like your designs?
That's alright, our subscription plans allows for unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the work.
How many requests do I get?
Every subscriber gets an unlimited amount of requests. Let us know what you want, and we will get it done for you.
What if I only need one thing?
That's okay. We can put a pause on your subscription and pick it up back again whenever you have more work for us. If it's a one-off project, let's meet up to discuss it further. We'll price it for you according to what you want.
Can we hire you long-term?
Of course! But let's have a meeting first, get to know your requirements and discuss the scope. We're always happy to help.
What programs do you use?
Most of our designs are done using Figma. But if you need some animation, photo editing, or illustrations, we both cover all Adobe programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Are there any refunds?
We're confident with our work and the quality of our work. So we do not handle refunds at the moment.
